Emily began with OSU Extension as the Agriculture and Natural Resources Educator in Coshocton County in May 2012 and became the Family and Consumer Sciences Educator in July 2018. She holds a BS and MS in Food Science and Nutrition from The Ohio State University. Emily previously worked as a flavor technology scientist at Abbott Nutrition in Product Research and Development (2003-2012 Columbus, OH). Emily and her husband David each have two children. She enjoys gardening, cooking, physical fitness, reading, teaching Sunday School and singing/playing keyboard with the worship team at Fresno Bible Church.
