Are you a senior who is concerned about falling? Statistics show that falls are the leading cause of fatal injury and the most common cause of non-fatal, trauma-related hospital admissions among older adults.

The Coshocton Senior Center and Ohio State University Extension will present A Matter of Balance, an award-winning program designed to manage falls and increase activity levels. This eight-session program will help participants to improve balance, strength, and flexibility, thus reducing the risk of falls. Participants will learn to maintain their independence and improve their health with this life-changing program!

Classes are free, and will be offered on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1-3 p.m. at the Coshocton Senior Center starting September 3 and run through September 26.

To register, call the Coshocton Senior Center at 740-622-4852. Find more detailed information on this flyer or contact Emily Marrison at 740-622-2265 with questions
