Emily Marrison was recently recognized by the Ohio Joint Council of Extension Professionals for excellence in several creative works.  Marrison is the Family and Consumer Sciences Educator for Ohio State University Extension in Coshocton County. She received first place for her personal column that is published each Sunday in the Coshocton Tribune. She received first place for her Healthy Living Updates that air each Monday afternoon on WTNS Radio. She also leads a team that developed the Food Business Central Online Course, and they received first place for Curriculum Package. 

Marrison said, "It is an honor for my work to be appreciated by my peers. I always hope that my writing and programming is relevant and will help people to have healthier finances, healthier relationships, and live overall healthier lives."
