Sourdough seems to be everywhere! Ohio State University Extension welcomes Corinna Gromley, the Family and Consumer Sciences Educator in Carroll County, to teach a sourdough bread workshop this summer here in Coshocton County. Follow a beginner’s sourdough journey, learning techniques from start to finish. Gromley will teach about a variety of yeast breads and baking methods. Enjoy tastings of a variety of yeast bread types.
The “Art & Science of Sourdough: Let’s Get Breaducated” class will be Wednesday, June 17 from 6:00-8:00 PM at the Three Rivers Fire District Community Room, 24199 State Route 621, Coshocton (near Canal Lewisville).
