Emily Marrison will be at local farmers markets to test pressure canner dial gauges for accuracy, provide free resources for food preservation, and anwer questions about canning, freezing, dehydrating, and more. She will be at the Coshocton Farmers Market on Saturday, August 9 from 8:30 AM - noon and at the Bakersville Farmers Market on Friday, September 5 from 6:00-7:30 PM.
