Horse Check-in will be virtual- Pictures MUST be submitted by June 1
Each member will need to do the following by JUNE 1, 2021 - please remember at this time the office is only open Monday, Wednesday and Friday so be sure to factor that in for drop off - you can mail with postmark by June 1, 2021
Copy and Fill out the horse identification page- one per animal
Attach a front- right side. - left side - Back and facial color photo with horses name and youths name on back of each photo
Attach a color Photo of horse with child with a paper that says child’s name and 2021 on it
