In today’s market, it is important to take advantage of any and allopportunities to market cattle most desirable to the buyer. As of now, Wendy’s, Tyson Foods, Cargill and multiple auctions have announced requirements that cattle they buy be from BQA certified farms. BQA certification is required of beef AND dairy producers.
