Ohio State University Extension will offer the ServSafe® Manager Food Safety Training course on Tuesdays, January 13 and 20 from 9 AM until 4 PM with the proctored exam Tuesday, January 27 at 9 AM. The ServSafe® Manager series will be held at the Coshocton County Services Building. Cost of the course is $175 and class size is limited to 15 participants. Pre-registration is required at go.osu.edu/servsafe26cosh by January 6.
